Movement
The step before the shot
Level changes are advertised. The feet sell them, a step early.

A shot that surprises you was visible in the stance. The hip drops, or it doesn't. The lead foot points at the ankle it wants. Hands float because they are about to post, or they clamp because the shot was a bluff and the real idea is still the tie.
Freestyle lives in that advertisement. Greco refuses it and asks the same athlete to keep the hips high, which is why a freestyle specialist looks briefly lost in a Greco room and then, sometimes, dangerous in a different way.
Use the still as a checklist, not a highlight. Shoes planted. Hands open. Head up. If any of those three have already quit, the next movement is not a mystery. It is a bill coming due.
